The Nine Vines Rosé is a blend of Grenache and Shiraz with a fresh, crisp palate with length and balance that exudes aromas of raspberry and cherry. The Nine Vines Shiraz-Viognier contains six percent Viognier, which imparts soft apricot accents to the spicy black pepper flavors of the Shiraz.
Wine Spectator Magazine awarded the 2006 Grenache Shiraz Rosé 89 points, its "Best Buy" designation and highlighted it in the magazine's 2007 feature article on rosé. This lauded rosé was also awarded the Trophy for the Best Rosé at the Internationally recognized Decanter Fine Wine Awards in London and won a coveted Top 100 Blue Gold Award at the Sydney International Wine Competition.
